My Latest in Beauty, Little Beauty Box

I blooming well love Latest In Beauty, not your average beauty box, there is no subscription charge and you can choose your samples!!

See my other latest in beauty post click here on the details, the charge has increased by 50p but thats still only £1.50!! for 3 samples of your choice (from a selection) of course.

The options I chose this month are Tressemme Split Mend Shampoo, Split Mend Conditioner and Split Mend and Protect Leave In Treatment, 2 x 10ml sachets of each product, 2 x sachets of Elemental Herbology | Cell Food Serum and Dr Bragi Anti Age moisturiser 4x sachets!

I'm saving the samples to take on holiday with me (more space for shoes you see) but I've had a sneaky go at the Dr Bragi Moisturiser, it's quite strange as i'ts a clear gel like formula, but it is so hydrating so this is a definate keeps for my hols to rehydrate by parched skiN!

I really reccommend Latest in Beauty, the option above (3 samples of your choice for £1.50) is called the Little Beauty box, but they also do Luxury samples at great prices (can order individually) or they do themed boxes which are great value and contain great products such as Elemis, loccitane and Bastiste, but these are specially released so it's worth following Latest In Beauty on Twitter click here, or on Facebook, click here to be able to get details of their release, they tend to sell out quickly but sometimes they have a waiting list and they order more!

Enjoy!

My Latest in Beauty.....Feat Liz Earle Sheer Skin Tint

So I'm always banging on about Latest in Beauty (as you may be well aware!) my latest Little Beauty Box (3 Beauty Samples for £1.50), included the new Liz Earle Sheer Skin Tint, Dr Bragi Bio Marine Exfoliant and Sasy n Savy Rose Lavender Hand n Nail Repair Creme.

The Liz Earle Sheer Skin Tint was sent in 3 shades, as you can see from above Shade 01 Bare, I would say is a teeny bit darker than say your average "Ivory" foundation shade, the 02 Beige shade is for maybe when you've got fake tan on or on holiday and the 03 Beach shade will never be suited to my skin but looks like its for a really tanned skin or olive skins.  Even though it is called a sheer skin tint, I think it gives a medium coverage and certainly isnt watery or as sheer as other sheer tints or tinted moisturisers I have used before.  It also has SPF 15 which you really cant complain about!

Dr Bragi Bio Marine Exfoliant - I've only tested this on the back of my hand and it is a really fine beaded scrub, with no special aromas to it, it just smells of its basic ingredients but it does the job my hand felt really soft and smooth afterwards.
Sasy n Savy Hand n Nail Repair Creme is a gorgeous botanical aromatherapy smell which I love and was great to apply after I;d sampled the Exfoliant!

I'm sure you'll eventually tire of me saying (if you havn't already that is!?) how great I think these Little Beauty Boxes are from Latest in beauty, I love getting samples sizes for 2 main reasons, you can stock them up and take them on holiday/on a girly weekend or camping trip (leaves more space for shoes!) or it is a great way to test a product before splurging on the full sized product.
I also love the fact that with Latest In Beauty your not tied in and you can pick the samples you get from a list of recommendations.

Have you tried latest in beauty or any of the products from My latest In Beauty??

I'm still a regular user and fan of Latest in Beauty and I'm still amazed at what they offer - 3 samples of your choice (from options) for £1.50 how easy can you get?!
I regularly use this non subscription monthly service as well as taking advantage of their Deluxe samples and amazing Themed Boxes.

This perfectly selected box focusing on skincare but throws in an gorgeous Miners Polish to jazz things up a bit - This box is my idea of heaven - being a former beauty therapist I'm a skincare junkie and the brands featured in this edition feed my addiction precisely.

Miners Nail Colour in Jezebel – Worth £2.99

Latest in Beauty : Festive Stocking

The second offering of Latest in Beauty's Themed boxes has just been released and I ordered mine straight away!

I've gushed about Latest in Beauty before including one of my £1.00 monthly box reviews here and I also purchased their first Themed Box - the CEW Winners Box - in which was a 15ml size of Clarins Face Moisturiser plus other great branded goodies for £4.95 free P&P...thats right girls you even get change from a fiver!

These Themed boxes come around every 2 months I would say and since I received and ordered my first themed box (Late september?) I seriously couldn't wait for the Second Box "Festive Stocking",  to be released (hence the overexcited, some may say stalker-esque, tweets to @Latestinbeauty!).

The box arrived today and just take a peek at the goodies I received!:

In the box ( I must reiterate all for 5p short of a fiver!) were

  • THIS WORKS No Wrinkles Extreme Moisturiser 15ml
  • DP LONDON Firming & Smoothing body cream  50ml
  • RICHARD WARD COUTURE Hair optimiser Style Reviver  50ml
  • DOVE Express Treatment Conditioner 50ml
  • ORLA KEILY Eau de parfum 2ml vial
  • YARDLEY English Rose Refreshing Tissue

So in the box of treat we have covered, skincare, bodycare, haircare, and fragrance, what a bargain!

I may even buy some more of these boxes as stocking fillers for my family and friends (the lucky things them)

Has anyone else used Latest in Beauty yet? what are your thoughts?

Reviews on teh above products to come soon!

The Latest in Beauty

I have been using Latest in Beauty for a year or so now and just wanted to share the treats!

latestinbeauty.com is a beauty and cosmetic website offering samples in Skin care, Make-up and Fragrance and Hair and body care.

You create an account and for £1.00 yes  only 100 small pennies of the queens royal sterling you can choose 3 sample size products in the above categories

The samples come to you in a gorgeous pink box that is easily posted through the letter box! see below:

I am a sucker for sample size products - I save them up and take them on my hollybobs or for a girly weekend away.  Or if im looking for a fab new skincare product it;s a great way to try before you buy!

The products I chose this time are:

Burts Bees Theraputic Bath Crystals (1 sachet)
Hugo Boss Boss Man eau de toilette (1 Vial)
YuBe Moisturising cream

Burt's Bees are a natural brand using natural ingredients - I took advantage of the advice on the back of the sachet to use these Theraputic bath crystals in a hot bath after my Saturday morning workout.  The crystals dissolved really well and made my bath smell fresh and soothing - I love these and will most definitely be purchasing a full size soon!

So obviously I wont be sampling this scent personally but i will let you knwo how my BF finds it - I actually think he may have a full size of this alredy but the small vial is great for him to take on holiday (hopefully we will get something booked soon)

Yu-Be Moisturising skin cream - at first I thought this cream was really thick and I wouldn't recommend it as a full facial cream - as advised it states it;s great for cracked, chapped dry skin on elbows, knees, lips and even as a cuticle cream.  I actually use it on my chin breakout I developed, after having a gorgeous Priory Coffee Berry Facial, it has actually helped clear up the spots and stop the flaky cornflake side effect too! I will be keeping this sample size in my emergency skin care kit to accompany my Elemis Herbal Lavender mask, Blistex relief cream and Elemis SOS cream.

I cant wait till next month to choose my new samples - ( you have to wait 30 days and give a small review on each product before choosing more samples).

You pay via a text message therefore 1 mobile number per email account permitted.

Thank You latest in beauty

p.s.  I may try some of their luxury sample sizes that you can buy at anytime too!
